Privacy Policy
What this site collects, why, and the choices you have. Plain English, no surprises.

Who we are
This website is run by Streator Solutions, a small web design business based in the United States. Questions about this policy or your information go to shane@streatorsolutions.com.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use the contact or referral form, we receive what you type: your name, email, and optionally your phone, business, and message, or the details of the business you're referring. We use it only to reply to you and to handle your request or referral.
- Analytics. Google Analytics tells us how many people visit, which pages they view, roughly where they're from, what device they use, and how they found the site. We use it only to understand and improve this site.
- Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider processes your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and block abuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. Google Analytics runs with Google Signals and ad personalization turned off.
Services we use
- Google Analytics (Google LLC): site analytics, as described above. Google's privacy policy
- Cloudflare: hosting, security, and Turnstile, the spam check on our forms. Cloudflare's privacy policy
- Resend: delivers form submissions to our inbox. Resend's privacy policy
Cookies and your choices
Google Analytics sets two first-party cookies, _ga and
_ga_<id>, which last up to two years and tell visits
apart. If you make a choice in Cookie settings, we store it in your
browser so it sticks.
- In the EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Brazil, Google Analytics doesn't run unless you choose to turn it on in Cookie settings.
- Everywhere else, it runs by default and you can opt out at any time.
- Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out and Google Analytics does not run.
You can change your choice whenever you like. Declining also removes the Google Analytics cookies.
How long we keep it
Form messages stay in our email for as long as we need them to work with you, and we delete them on request. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months, then deleted automatically.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and California's CCPA/CPRA), you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Email shane@streatorsolutions.com and we'll respond within 30 days. We won't treat you differently for using these rights. If you're in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Our legal basis for analytics in the EU and UK is your consent; for replying to form messages, it's your request.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
