How does pricing work? +
Two parts. First, a one-time build for your website, priced by size. Second, a simple monthly care plan covering hosting, updates, and support, priced by how much ongoing help you want. You mix the two to fit, and it's month-to-month with no long contract.
Can I pair a bigger build with a smaller plan? +
Yes. The build and the care plan are separate choices. If you want a larger ten-page site but only need light monthly upkeep, pair the Larger build with the Basic plan at $99/mo. We'll confirm the right fit together on the call.
Is there a long contract? +
No. Your care plan is month-to-month, cancel anytime. The one-time build covers the design and build, so there's no lock-in.
I already have a website. Can you redesign it? +
Yes. A redesign works the same way: a one-time build for the rebuild, then a monthly care plan. Existing content usually means we can launch faster. Pick the build that matches how many pages you need.
I already rank on Google with good reviews. Do I need a website? +
A website doesn't replace your Google Business Profile, it makes it work harder. Almost all of the businesses ranking in Google's top three local results have a website linked to their profile, so a site helps you rank higher in the results you already care about. Your profile also lives on space Google controls and shows competitors right beside you, while your website is yours, and it's where those reviews and clicks turn into booked work. We can manage your Google profile as part of your plan, too.
Can I pay for the year upfront? +
Yes, and it saves you money. Pay 12 months of your care plan upfront and get one month free, a year for the price of eleven.
What counts as a page? +
A page is an individually designed page like Home, About, Services, or Contact. Things generated from one template, like blog posts, products, or gallery items, don't count, and neither do boilerplate pages like Privacy or a thank-you page. Pages are part of the build, not the monthly plan.
What if I want to sell online? +
Switch the build to Online store. Stores are a bigger, custom build, priced as a one-time fee (from $1,000) paid 50% to start and 50% on launch, then paired with a care plan. Because stores need more ongoing upkeep, store care plans run $199 to $399/mo.
What counts as an edit, and what if I need more pages? +
Your care plan covers small content edits like updating text, swapping photos, or changing hours and prices. Brand-new pages, redesigns, or new features are simple add-ons we agree on up front, or you can move up a build or plan. No surprise charges either way.
How fast can I be live? +
Most sites go live within 1-2 weeks of our call, once I have your content and photos.
