How does pricing work? +
A small one-time setup fee covers the design and build, then a simple monthly plan covers hosting, updates, and support. No big agency bill upfront. (Online stores are a bigger build, so those have a larger one-time fee plus the monthly. See the Online Store tab.)
Is there a long contract? +
No. Your plan is month-to-month, cancel anytime. The one-time setup fee covers the build, so there's no lock-in or long contract.
I already have a website. Can you redesign it? +
Yes. A redesign works the same way: a one-time setup fee for the rebuild, then the monthly plan. Existing content usually means we can launch faster. Just pick the plan that matches how many pages you need.
Can I pay for the year upfront? +
Yes, and it saves you money. Pay 12 months upfront and get one month free. That's a year for the price of eleven months, and your rate is locked for the term.
Do I own my website and domain? +
Your domain is registered in your name from day one. The site is built and maintained as part of your plan. If you ever leave after the initial term, we'll talk through your options.
What if I want to sell online? +
Switch to the Online Store tab. Stores are a bigger, custom build, so they're priced as a one-time build (from $750), paid 50% to start and 50% on launch, plus a monthly plan for hosting, care, and support. You can start with a standard site and add a store later.
What counts as a page? +
A page is an individually designed page like Home, About, Services, or Contact. Things generated from one template, like blog posts, products, or gallery items, don't count toward your limit, and neither do boilerplate pages like Privacy or a thank-you page.
Do products count toward my page limit? +
No. Your page limit is for designed pages like Home, About, and Services. Products come from one shared store template. Your Online Store plan includes setting up an initial batch of products, and you can add or edit products yourself anytime. A very large existing catalog can be a one-time add-on.
What counts as an edit, and what if I need more pages? +
Your plan covers small content edits like updating text, swapping photos, or changing hours and prices. Brand-new pages beyond your plan, redesigns, or new features are simple add-ons we'll agree on up front, or you can move up a plan. No surprise charges either way.
How fast can I be live? +
Most sites go live within 1-2 weeks of our call, once I have your content and photos.
